Altman was an official in the first Clinton administration, and his name is often mentioned as a possible Clinton Treasury Secretary."
They'll probably run something on Obama next - They already did a hit piece on Oprah, claiming that the Obama campaign is getting in the way of Oprah's relationship with her significant other.

you really think so?
i ask because this rag goes after EVERYBODY, no matter what their politics. not to mention that theyve done similar BS pieces on both Bill and Hillary, and ran BS oprah stories WAY before she ever endorsed anybody for any office.
given that the enquirer is an equal opportunity mudslinger, i think its just a coincidence.

During the campaign of 1884, it was revealed that Democratic nominee Grover Cleveland had fathered a child out of wedlock, and Republicans began to taunt him with shouts of, "Ma! Ma! Where's my Pa?"
When the election was over and Cleveland had won, Democrats were able to come up with a suitable retort, "Ma! Ma! Where's my Pa? Gone to the White House, Ha, Ha, Ha!"
This story stinks as badly as Bill Shaneen's allegations that Barack Obama "may" have sold drugs in his youth, and it is typical of the machinations to which Hillary Clinton's campaign will stoop.
I would rejoice if Edward's supporters could, next November, respond to this attack with the same line--"Gone to the White House, Ha, Ha, Ha!"

Although this isn't any worse than announcing on TV that you're leaving your wife while she is in the hospital having cancer surgery, it's basically of no consequence. He doesn't stand a snowballs chance anyway.
I do feel bad for his wife though. She has enough on her right now without this!

Well, if this is true, he will not be alone, in the pack of Presidential Candidates! A person who is having an affair or a mistress is cheating, there is no difference!
It is a good thing that here in America, a person is innocent until proven guilty, only time will expose the truth!

For a time the Enquirer sought recognition for journalistic research and news scoops. In 2001, the Enquirer uncovered that the Rev. Jesse Jackson had an illegitimate child. Salacious details of the Bill Clinton-Monica Lewinsky affair were first made public by the Enquirer. The Enquirer was regarded by some as having the best media coverage of the O.J. Simpson murder trial. For example, when a distinctive footprint from a Bruno Magli shoe was found at the crime scene, Simpson vehemently denied owning such a shoe. The Enquirer, however, dug up a photograph of him with just such a pair.

My comments have all been relevant to the posted article about an accusation made by the Enquirer against John Edwards. Ms. Coulter, who rarely bears mentioning at all, was certainly not mentioned in that article. If it is "slow" to stick to the subject and make only comments relevant to the situation under discussion, I must be slow.
On the other hand, if you are obsessed with skeletal blondes, perhaps EVERYTHING must have relevance to Ann Coulter.

Who selects the pictures to go with the headlines on Propeller? Is showing a picture of a worried Edward suppose to add truth to this article?

Here's how it works. Clinton's have a very good friend, a lawyer named Kendall, who sits on the board at National by God. When they want a story to come out without their fingerprints on it they give it to Kendall, it shows up in th Natioanal by God, and even if it wasn't true the story is out there, and that is the point. They do it in drips. First came the story of the affair, Now the story of the unborn child. Next the story about the DNA test. Then the story about, "how could he, with an ill wife, the cad!" They will beat him up without ever laying a glove on him.
