Everyone has overlooked the fact that his contract required him to be controversial, and that is what got CBS into hot legal water after Imus was fired.

I like Imus -- he's wonderfully funny; he apologized for his racist remark (which was in poor taste, but I think he only meant it to be funny.) I welcome him back!
