No, it doesn't. Although a lot of Kaufman's bits had a similar feel, his act went well beyond the iconic character he played on Taxi.

Such as doing the 99 beers on the wall until the club was empty. reading classics until the halls were empty. Lip syncing the Mighty Mouse theme song
Kaufman was one of the very best Elvis Presley impersonators, The Immigrant voice was the punch line. That is not a genius or a career. That is a five minute segment on Seinfeld
